Cinnamon Bun Pumpkin Pancakes

Is there really anything better!? This recipe screams FALL!!

*****For this recipe, you will want to pick up Trader Joe's Cinnamon Bun Spread as well as Aldi's seasonal Maple Vanilla Whipped Cream *****
(You can do without though, as they are just for topping purposes.)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tsp. baking powder (makes them extra fluffy!!)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup homemade pumpkin puree (click for recipe!)
- whipped cream for topping
Directions:
In large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl combine all wet ingredients and whisk together until smooth
Combine the wet ingredients into the whisked dry ingredients and mix until combined. (some lumps are okay.)
Heat buttered/greased pan to medium heat
Scoop by the 1/4 cup into pan and cook 3-4 minutes until large bubbles appear, flip
Top with more cinnamon, Trader Joe's Cinnamon Bun Spread as well as Aldi's seasonal Maple Vanilla Whipped Cream
