The easiest buratta and tomato salad...

Who doesn’t love a caprese?


Ingredients:

  • 2-3 vine ripened tomatoes

  • One sphere of buratta

  • Fresh basil

  • Pinch of salt & pepper

  • Pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes

  • Extra virgin olive oil





How To:


  1. Take Buratta out 30 minutes prior to remove the chill

  2. Cut tomato into halves, and then cut each half into crescents

  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and pinch of salt and pepper

  4. Chop basil (I did mine in small strips)

  5. Cut buratta in halves, and halve again

  6. Drizzle final dish with OVOO and top with maldon sea salt for texture


wa-la !

simple, yet satisfying.
